Insurance industry: This is where I had my first CRM role, in the late 2000s — a time when Customer Relationship Management was still relatively new in Switzerland.
Telecommunications industry: From the 2010s to the early 2020s, I held various roles across strategy and leadership in telecoms. I saw first-hand how a provider went through a successful digital transformation. Along the way, I led CRM and digital projects and managed sales and retention teams of up to 60 people — in Switzerland and internationally.
After telecoms: I worked in two further roles in CRM and digital, broadening my perspective across B2C and B2B in different industries.
